  Overall purchase of my vehicle was quick and easy. Had no problem scheduling service and getting a rental. I had an issue with my alignment that was identified prior to the purchase and was not fixed at the time of pick up. I had to return it to schedule service and still see no significant change nor was I briefed about the service that was done

  Jordan Kelly and the Toyota of New Bern team took excellent care of me. Can't speak highly enough of Jordan and the effort he put into making sure I received exactly what I was looking for. Jordan listened intently to all that requested in regards to the specific new pearl white & black v6 xse Camry with red interior, all all the tech that I wanted.
