  Hats off to Veta - she handled our switch from Verizon to AT&T with Wireless, Direct TV with total ease. Great follow-up and lots of knowledge when asked questions. My husband had to do the transfer and I had to go in a day later to do my phone. No problem at all. These days, you don’t have too many customer service encounters like I did with her. Thanks, Veta!!!
