  This is a terrible institution, I have been calling for days now with no return calls. Trying to my medicine refilled, but the receptionist hasn't even contacted the Doctor yet. My husband actually dropped off paperwork 2 weeks ago. They leave me on hold for 10 minutes and then tell me the manager is busy. I would never recommend this office. I'd rather drive two hours and receive good customer service!
