  Had a very rude associate who not only did not offer to help me put a heavy bag of soil in my cart but asked me to get out of his way. But thankful for the kind man in plumbing who was very helpful and the kind man in outdoor lumber who apologized for his coworkers rudeness as he watched on. Makes you wonder why we have to shop with dogs in a store and put up with attitude too. Can we get a Home Depot already?

  Although they do have some great employees, most avoid making eye contact with customers and they are more task focused than customer focused. Today I had to interrupt 4 female employees clustered together in the flooring section. They absolutely refused to even notice customers within 5 feet. One reluctantly agreed to help me find an item. The others were visibly annoyed by the interruption. I'm sorry. I"m just the customer.
